A Warm Match: One Loving Couple, One Brave Mama, One Shared Dream

Today we had one of those moments that remind us exactly why we do this work.

This morning, we hosted a match meeting between a lovely couple of Intended Parents and a warm, down-to-earth young mom from California who hopes to become their Gestational Carrier. She is already the proud mother of two children, and you could feel how much she loves being a mom from the way she talked about their bedtime routines and the little everyday stories that make family life so special.

Partway through the call, her younger daughter wandered into the frame, waved shyly at everyone, and said hello. That simple moment instantly melted the ice. The IPs were smiling from ear to ear, and the atmosphere turned even more relaxed and genuine. It felt less like a formal meeting and more like two families beginning to get to know each other.

Throughout the conversation, they talked about why the IPs chose surrogacy, what kind of communication everyone hopes for during the pregnancy, and how they imagine being there for each other through both exciting and challenging times. They discovered they share similar values around family, openness, and mutual support.

By the end of the meeting, everyone agreed: this feels like the right match.
