We are thrilled to share some wonderful news—our incredible surrogate has received her first pregnancy confirmation following the embryo transfer! The recent blood test results show a beta hCG level of 471 mIU/mL, which is a strong indicator of early pregnancy. This is a significant and exciting milestone in the surrogacy journey.
The beta hCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) hormone is produced by the developing embryo and plays a crucial role in maintaining pregnancy. A rising hCG level in the early weeks is a positive sign that the pregnancy is progressing as expected. According to the reference ranges, this level aligns well with early pregnancy, bringing hope and excitement to the Intended Parents.
While this is just the beginning, the next step will be monitoring the hCG levels to ensure they continue to rise appropriately, followed by the much-anticipated first ultrasound in the coming weeks. We remain hopeful and optimistic as we move forward on this beautiful journey toward parenthood.
Congratulations to the Intended Parents and heartfelt gratitude to our amazing surrogate for making this dream a reality!
