If your matched surrogate does not pass medical or psychological screening, Hello Baby will provide another match at no additional agency fee. If a cycle fails, we will provide another match at a preferential agency fee—and continue doing so until a successful cycle, as defined in your agreement.

What’s guaranteed

  If the matched surrogate does not pass medical or psychological screening, you receive one rematch at no additional agency fee.

• Cycle safeguard
  If your surrogate experiences a failed cycle (per clinic/contract definition), we provide a rematch at a preferential agency fee, and continue to offer rematches at that reduced fee until a successful cycle is achieved (e.g., heartbeat confirmation around 6–7 weeks, unless otherwise specified in your agreement).

What this covers (and what it doesn’t)

• Covers: Hello Baby agency fees for the rematch(es) described above.

• Does not cover: Clinic/IVF costs, medications, screening labs, legal fees, insurance premiums/deductibles, escrow/trust fees, travel/lodging, and other third-party expenses—these are paid separately according to your contract.

Simple conditions (fair use)

To keep the program fair and workable, we ask that you:

• Maintain reasonable, lawful preferences and provide timely feedback on profiles and match meetings.

• Keep a transparent budget range aligned with current compensation norms.

• Remain match-ready (documents complete, attorneys engaged, escrow funded as required).

• Understand that material changes (e.g., clinic change, scope/preferences shift) may reset timelines or require fee reconciliation under the agreement.

Important: This is a matching / agency-fee guarantee—not a guarantee of medical outcomes, pregnancy, or birth. All medical decisions are directed by licensed clinics and governed by your legal agreements.

Typical timeline

Most families confirm an official match in 4–10 weeks after pre-checks; overall journeys are typically 14–18 months from consultation to delivery, depending on medical and legal scheduling. Your coordinator provides a clear plan and updates.

Does this guarantee a pregnancy or birth?
No. It guarantees rematch terms on agency fees for failed screening or failed cycle, per the definitions in your agreement. Medical outcomes are determined by licensed clinics.

What defines a “failed cycle” or “successful cycle”?
Your agreement clarifies this (commonly: heartbeat confirmation at ~6–7 weeks). If you prefer a different milestone, we can set it before signing.

Are international parents eligible?
Yes. We coordinate timelines across time zones and align legal/consular steps; the guarantee terms remain the same.
