On August 7th, we joyfully welcomed a beautiful surrogate baby girl, Iris, into the world. Her arrival was filled with love, anticipation, and gratitude. Both the baby and the surrogate mother did wonderfully during the delivery, and it was truly a moment to remember for everyone who had been part of this journey.

Shortly after Iris was born, the nurses gently cared for her, ensuring she was healthy and comfortable. One of the first moments captured was when a nurse carefully created a footprint for Iris, a timeless keepsake for her parents. It was a tender reminder that every small detail of this journey holds a deep emotional meaning for the intended parents, who had been waiting eagerly to finally hold their daughter in their arms.

The intended parents, their case manager, and even their postpartum care nanny all arrived at the hospital in time to welcome Iris into the world. Their presence brought comfort and reassurance, not only for the baby but also for the surrogate mother. Having a strong support system during such a profound moment makes all the difference.

The surrogate’s doula was also by her side throughout the process, providing both emotional and physical support. Her presence ensured that the surrogate mother felt cared for, respected, and comfortable during labor and delivery. This kind of compassionate care highlights the importance of surrounding surrogates with people who prioritize their well-being every step of the way.

For the intended parents, seeing their baby for the first time was an emotional milestone beyond words. After months, and sometimes years, of dreaming about this day, it was finally real. Holding their newborn daughter, they were filled with gratitude—not only for their child but also for the incredible surrogate mother who helped make their dream of parenthood come true.

We are also deeply grateful for the surrogate mother’s strength, resilience, and generosity. She went through pregnancy and delivery with grace and is now recovering well, supported by her family and care team. Her role in bringing Iris into the world is something that will always be honored and cherished.

Now, baby Iris is thriving and growing stronger each day. She is surrounded by love and care, both from her parents and from the extended team who supported this surrogacy journey. The joy of her arrival continues to ripple through everyone who played a part, reminding us of the beauty of collaboration, compassion, and trust in the surrogacy process.

This story is not only about the birth of a baby—it is also about the creation of a family, the kindness of a surrogate, and the unity of a supportive community. We celebrate baby Iris, her parents, and her surrogate mother with hearts full of gratitude.

Welcome to the world, sweet Iris—you are so loved.
